These run big! They fall at top end of size range with room to grow. Oversized by nature since they are worn over clothing. They are a longer style raincoat landing right below the knee not the kind that is waist length. I would NOT suggest sizing up. Petite kids could size down. Average size or large, stay true size and do not size up. Price includes embroidery
