Custom Outside Item

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING:  We do accept some outside items. Items must be unused and unworn. Items must be approved before shipping or dropping off.  Price depends on complexity and type of item and is subject to increase in price if needing a completely custom design. 

While this is not common, we are NOT responsible for replacing or refunding any items that may end up damaged from the machine. We will refund the cost of the embroidery item ONLY but cannot be held liable for the item or the cost of the item. When placing your order for outside items, you are agreeing to the outside item policy. 

We do not take items from lines/vendors that we carry unless we are unable to get that specific item. Some vendors are listed below:
